Nicaragua: Organic Finca La Isabelia
The organic Nicaragua Finca La Isabelia is produced by a multi-generational farming family in the Cordillera Isabella mountains of Jinotega, known for its hiking trails and small coffee plantations. The farm cultivates Caturra coffee trees and takes pride in each stage of production. Their soil, rich in clay and volcanic ash, along with a natural shade canopy, helps protect the crops from excessive sun.
This is one of my favorites and I like it pretty much any way, with my absolute favorite being a base for espresso drinks.
