Since 1989, the Oaxaca State Coffee Producers Network (CEPCO) has united farmers to produce high-quality coffee without stale flavors. CEPCO's efforts have supported women's organizations, families, and improved coffee production infrastructure.
This full city roast is my personal favorite is as a French Press brewed in a 1:15 or 1:16 water ratio or as a drip coffee.
